久しぶりの野球観戦

8月29日久しぶりに神宮に野球を観に行きました。特にタイガース戦はかれこれ30年ぶりくらいです。

ヨボはスワーローズファン歴50年　私はタイガースファン歴35年

主人の事を立てて、1塁側、スワローズファンの中での観戦です。ちょっと不安がありましたが、いざ、座ってみると　2～3割はタイガースファン　特に私の周りは　タイガーズファンばかり、むしろ主人が小さくなっていました。

可哀想なのでスワローズの帽子を買ってあげました。

インターネットで席を買ったので、あまり期待はしていなかったのですが、席は1塁の真ん前。タイガースは20ヒットも撃ってくれたので、みんな私の前に来てくれます。

残念なことに画像は携帯で写したので、今一ですが、ちょっこし幸せな気分。

12対5で阪神がヤクルトを打ち下し、30年ぶりのタイガースの応援も気分良く帰れました。

On the 29th of Augast, I went to see a baseball game in Jingugaien Stadium with my husband. The Hanshin Tigers beat the Yakult Swallows 12 to 5. I have been a huge fan of the Tigers since I was 17 years old. Also, my husband has been a Swallows fan since he was seven. Our seats were really good and in front of first base and just the second row from the net. Tigers players hit 20 hits and 5 home-runs and Swallows players hit 3 home-runs. It was kind of a festival. I mean, you sometimes see pitchers’ duels. I think that is boring. I was really excited to see the game and all the Tigers players.

After that, we stayed at the Akasaka Prince Hotel, where we held our wedding ceremony and party. I told the staff person that we held our wedding anniversary recently, so he up-graded our room to the 38^th floor.

In fact, the hotel will close next March because of decreasing guest numbers. There are a lot of hotels in Tokyo, in particular new European and American hotels these days. Many people go there. As a result, the Akasaka Prince Hotel decided to close next March. On Sunday, we had a great memory in the room, which had an excellent view.
