She was an illegal alien?

I met several ex-Nova friendslovely on the 10th of September. One of them told us an interesting story. She went to Canada airplaneto see an ex-Nova teacher by herself in July, because the teacher was getting married. She had been invited to the teacher’s house. However, when going through Canadian immigration at the airport, some immigration stuff took her to a room of the airport sweat01and asked her why she had come to Canada , what her job was, when she started the job and a lot of questions of her privacy. pout

At that time, I was really confused, because neither myself, nor any of my other friends had had an experience like hers. I’m not sure, but she was traveling alone and not on a  package tour, so the staff might have suspected that she was a terrorist or an illegal alien.   impact

Japanese TV station criticism

From my point of view, Japanese TV stations criticize the government easily and control audiences these days.coldsweats01

About three months ago, the Genkai mayor in Saga argued strongly "The government cheated us,because I had trusted Kaieda Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. He said that nuclear power was safe and that the goverment paid attention to the nuclear plant in Genkai. However, suddenly Prim Minister Kan mentioned that we would start Stress Tests of nuclaer power plants in Japan. The government should have mentioned it before I made public that we would continue with the nuclear plant."

As a result, the TV stations criticized the government more and more and mentioned that Prime MInister Kan shold resign as soon as possible.

At that time, I found an article on the net, that said that the Genkai mayor gets ten million yenmoneybag a year from Kyushu Electric Power Company( KEPC)shock, but the TV stations in the Kantou area didn't make this public, because the article was not bad information for the Kan government. However, TV stations didn't broadcast.

As far as I'm concerned, the government (under Kan) is better than the former governments, especially LDP. The government introdused some bills, happy01for example, the first and second revised budgets bills and a renuwable energey bill. In additon,  Prime Minister Kan gathered some knowledgable people and asked them  to cooperate and research what we should do to rebuild the Tohoke area, but their responce was so late. However, the LDP never cooperated to overcome the March 11 dasaster.

Recently, Kan resigned as a prime minister, so TV stations bloadcastedthat the Genkai mayor gets ten million yen a year and that the renewable energy bill was necessary for us, and ciritisized the Genkai mayor and the KEPC.

In my opinion, it's TV station's reponsibility to broadcast equally, incuding all the pros and the cons. However, TV stations are related to the Japanese economic world and capitalism deeply.

They sometimes research politics but their questions are controlled and lead us to certain answer that they intended. Their reseach dosn't match our feelinds. My friends almost all supported the Kan government. I'm confused why it's different between our feelings and TV stations' reseach. That's why I don't like Japanese media and TV statisons .bearing
